Who is missing from this picture? It’s Lyle-less. The man who is footing the bill for this campaign is no where to be found.

There is nothing in the MyOhioNow amendment that requires the licensed operators of the casino to be an Ohio corporation or to hire Ohioans. Furthermore there is nothing that prevents out of state ownership from funneling casino revenues straight out of Ohio.
